Victim I am sorry that I didn't help you when you were in trouble I didn't want to get hurt by Bully. Please Bully don't hurt Victim anymore what ever he did he feels sorry for it and i know he doesn't deserve it. Victim I really hope that you toughen up because if Bully doesn't stop bullying your going to have to stand up for yourself and let him know that whatever he did was wrong and he shouldn't do it again because if he does hurt you I recommend that you tell the teacher about it because a teacher can end it right away.

Dear Victim,
I told everyone that because I felt like it,"Ha ha." It doesn't matter if you are smart or dumb but I think you are really stupid though. So what if you are from another country as long as you are in the school I can do whatever I want to you. Yeah I do relieve stress by bullying you i also have a good reason why I'm bullying you and thats because in class you always show of saying your so smart better than all of us.I wouldn't really care if i got bullied because I would just punch or kick them and besides I'm much taller and stronger anyway. Why should I stop bullying you? It doesn't seem fair that you can order me around and you are a great stress relief so it doesn't look like I'm going to stop bullying you anytime soon.
I guess I should stop bullying since you say that i won't get any friends but hey friends are nothing to me so I don't really care. No I don't want to be on friendlier terms because everyone is going to say that I hang out with someone who isn't a bully like me. Why did you tell everyone that i have brain cancer ? Did you say that just because I'm not good at school? If you do then you should know that I recently just arrived from another country Germany to be exact. Are you bullying just because you feel like it? Or is it just because so you can relieve stress? If you were bullied how would you feel? Not good I bet, thats how I feel everyday because one person is bullying me just so they can feel good about themselves.
Please stop bullying me I feel horrible and unwelcome whenever you hurt or tease me. Everyday I wish that I don't have to go to school because I see you there and you come up to me ready to tease me. I know you can stop the bullying, if you don't I will be forced to tell the teacher since you won't co-operate and stop bullying me.
What you should really do is shape up and make sure that you never bully another person again because if you don't no one will be your friend and by the looks of it you probably don't have any at all. So please change yourself so no one has to change themselves if they want to be your friend. There are lot of consequences if you bully including having no friends so if I were you I'd stop bullying. You probably feel insecure about something and hiding it with your anger so lets be on friendlier terms than now.
